Marla Stein

Ms. Stein, Managing Director of RCG, is responsible for the Firm’s business development and investor relations activities. She manages the Firm’s relationships across a broad range of investment banks, sell‑side advisors, buy‑side advisors in support of RCG's deal sourcing activiities, and supports the Partners with managing investor relations. Prior to joining RCG, Ms. Stein was a Managing Director at HSBC, where she led Sponsor Coverage for the Technology Investment Banking group in New York. Prior to HSBC, Ms. Stein was a Senior Vice President at BBVA where she was instrumental in the origination and execution of private equity‑backed transactions across all sectors. Ms. Stein also worked in various investment roles with Fortress Investment Group and ORIX Capital USA.

Ms. Stein currently serves on the ACG Women's committee in Dallas and is actively involved in promoting connectivity for women in the M&A community. She also serves on the board of directors for Southern Methodist University’s Undergraduate Career Center.

Ms. Stein received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.
