Mr. Fronterhouse, Managing Partner of RCG, serves as Chairman of the Firm’s Investment Committee, and is responsible for the overall management, operations, and strategy of the Firm. Mr. Fronterhouse is involved in all aspects of the Firm’s investment activities and provides leadership related to the Firm’s investment activities in the healthcare and business services sectors. Prior to RCG, Mr. Fronterhouse co-founded and was Co-Chief Executive Officer of Brazos Private Equity Partners, a private equity investment firm that managed $1.4 billion of capital commitments across three funds. Brazos invested approximately $1 billion of capital in 80 platform and add-on acquisitions, representing almost $3 billion in transaction value. Prior to co-founding Brazos, Mr. Fronterhouse was a senior investment professional at Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst, a private equity investment firm. Earlier in his career, he specialized in mergers and acquisitions for The First Boston Corporation. During his more than 30-year career in private equity, Mr. Fronterhouse has been instrumental in sponsoring and executing over 115 private equity transactions in the consumer, healthcare, and business services sectors.

He currently serves on the board of directors of several RCG companies, including Acuity Eyecare Group, Extract Production Holdings, Greenix Pest Control, and Salon Republic. Mr. Fronterhouse formerly was a member of the Dallas Citizens Council and Young Presidents’ Organization and served on the boards of Baylor Healthcare System Foundation and Highland Park Education Foundation. He currently serves on The University of Texas Development Board. He is also a member of The University of Texas McCombs School of Business Dean’s Advisory Council.

Mr. Fronterhouse received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.
