Mr. Fletcher, Managing Partner of RCG, serves as a senior member of the Firm’s Investment Committee, and is responsible for the Firm’s overall business development and deal origination activities, including the Firm’s engagement with investment banks, sell-side advisors, buy-side advisors, and other deal origination relationships. Mr. Fletcher is involved in all aspects of the Firm’s investment activities and provides leadership related to Firm’s investment activities in the consumer sector. Prior to RCG, he founded and led the investment activities at Parallel Investment Partners, a private equity investment firm that managed over $400 million in capital commitments across two funds. Parallel invested approximately $330 million of capital in 27 platform and 23 add-on acquisitions, representing $1.2 billion in transaction value. Prior to Parallel, Mr. Fletcher was a Partner at Saunders Karp & Megrue, where he was instrumental in the firm’s sourcing, investment, and portfolio monitoring activities. Earlier in his career, he served in both the merchant banking and mergers & acquisitions departments at Wasserstein Perella & Co. and was an analyst at Trammell Crow Ventures.

With a private equity career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Fletcher has been instrumental in sponsoring and executing over 110 private equity transactions across the business services and consumer sectors. He currently serves on the board of several RCG companies, including Acuity Eyecare Group, Extract Production Holdings, Greenix Pest Control, and Salon Republic. He also currently serves as advisor to Chain Links, a national consortium of best-in-class, growing, multi-site real estate development, investment and leasing platforms and is a former member of Young President’s Organization, a former Trustee of the Episcopal School of Dallas (ESD), and the former Chairman of the ESD Endowment Trust.

Mr. Fletcher received Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Mathematics and Economics from Yale University.
